The Powy by MarMar Copenhagen is a wonderfully soft knitted baby pants in the colour Rosa Melange, a beautiful soft light pink shade with a subtle mottled effect. Thanks to its slightly wider fit, these pants are extra comfortable and give your little one plenty of room to move freely, kick, and relax.

The pants are made from 100% cashmere and feel exceptionally soft, light, and luxurious. Cashmere is even softer and finer than merino wool and is known for its comfortable warmth without feeling heavy. This makes these pants perfect for a baby's sensitive skin and ideal for wearing on cooler days.

The knitted quality provides a beautiful, timeless look and makes the Powy wonderful to combine with other cashmere items from MarMar, such as a matching cardigan, bonnet, or booties.

Why cashmere?

Cashmere is one of the finest and softest natural wool types. The fibres are very fine, giving the fabric a particularly smooth and soft feel.

Compared to merino wool, cashmere generally feels even finer and softer. At the same time, it offers a lot of warmth for relatively little weight. This makes it a wonderful material for baby clothes: soft, supple, warm, and not heavy.

Cashmere does not need to be washed after every wear. Often, airing it out is enough to keep the material fresh.

When washing is necessary:

Preferably hand wash in cold to lukewarm water
Use a mild wool or cashmere detergent
Do not rub or wring vigorously
Do not soak for extended periods
Gently squeeze out excess water
Optionally, place it between a towel to absorb moisture
Then lay flat to dry in shape
Do not tumble dry
Do not dry on a radiator or other direct heat source

This will keep the fine cashmere fibers soft and beautiful for as long as possible.
